Life Fitness is a state required high school course which is offered all three years at the high schools. Students will be instructed in life long physical fitness activities and information. They will have the opportunity to learn the five areas of fitness, how to set and achieve goals, and actually participate in activities that will enhance their quality of life as well as extend their life expectancy.
Students may take the Life Fitness H.E.L.P. test through the state office in an attempt to earn this credit. The test is administered at the Granite District Testing Center. For more information contact Annette Cline at 385-646-4521.
